NIL Smart Contracts

How Ultimate Creator AI protects creator and athlete Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) rights through smart contract technology.

Active Consent Engine

Every digital twin avatar on our platform requires verified, documented consent from the person being represented. Our Active Consent Engine creates a cryptographically signed consent record that establishes the terms of use, duration, and scope of the NIL license. This consent can be revoked at any time, triggering our Ethical Clawback mechanism.

Revenue Sharing

When avatars are licensed through our Marketplace, revenue is automatically split according to the terms defined in the NIL contract. Stripe Connect handles payouts to creators, ensuring transparent and timely compensation. All transactions are recorded in our immutable Audit Log.

Zero-Risk Billing Escrow

Credits are held in escrow during video generation. If the output doesn't meet quality standards, the escrow is released back to the buyer through our dispute resolution process. This protects both creators and licensees from unfair charges.

Ethical Clawback

If a creator revokes consent, all active licenses are immediately terminated. Generated content using revoked avatars is flagged and distribution is halted. This ensures creators maintain ultimate control over their likeness at all times.
