Consent and licensing records support responsible use of someone's name, image and likeness. They do not replace permission or legal review.
Documented Permission
Obtain explicit permission from the person being represented before creating or licensing a digital twin. Record the permitted uses, duration and scope. A platform consent record is not, by itself, proof of identity, ownership or legal clearance for every use.
Revenue Sharing
License fees and royalty records describe the configured financial terms. Payout availability depends on creator onboarding, payment-provider checks and the applicable agreement. A recorded royalty is not a guarantee of immediate payment or a particular payout schedule.
Credit Reservations
A reservation holds credits for generation; it is not a guarantee that an output will meet your creative requirements. Settlement and billing review depend on the job outcome and applicable terms. Existing purchases and written agreements continue to govern your refund rights.
Revocation Limits
Review the license terms when withdrawing permission. Revocation does not automatically erase downloaded files or remove copies from external platforms. Technical controls cannot guarantee that every previously distributed copy is recalled. Contact support about a specific consent or removal concern.
