1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ultimate Creator AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including creators, developers, agencies, and enterprise customers.
2. Service Description
Ultimate Creator AI provides AI-powered video generation services, including but not limited to: cinematic video generation, digital twin avatar creation, brand kit management, distribution hub, marketplace for avatar licensing, and API access for developers. All services are subject to credit-based billing as described in our Pricing page.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access most features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create using the Platform. However, you grant Ultimate Creator AI a limited license to process, store, and deliver your content as necessary to provide the services. All generated videos include C2PA provenance metadata for content authenticity verification.
5. Avatar Consent & Digital Twins
All digital twin avatars require verified consent from the person being represented. Our Active Consent Engine ensures that no avatar can be created or used without explicit, documented consent. Violation of avatar consent policies will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
6. Billing & Credits
The Platform uses a credit-based billing system with zero-risk escrow. Credits are consumed during video generation. Unused credits on subscription plans roll over according to your plan terms. Refunds are handled through our escrow dispute resolution process.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Platform to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights. Content moderation guardrails are applied automatically. Repeated violations will result in account termination.
