Privacy Policy

This update corrects descriptions of technical behavior. It does not reduce your privacy rights or alter existing agreements and commitments.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: account details (email, name), payment information processed via Stripe, uploaded content (brand assets, avatar training data), and usage analytics. We also collect technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and API usage patterns for service optimization.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to: provide and improve our AI video generation services, process payments and manage credits, train and maintain avatar models (with your explicit consent), send service notifications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Platform application data and media use Google Cloud services with encryption at rest and in transit. Some features also send necessary data to payment, authentication or generation providers. Firebase authentication uses signed tokens. These technical controls do not establish independent certification; this page does not claim SOC 2 certification or a completed compliance audit.

4. Avatar & Biometric Data

Digital twin creation can involve facial and voice data. Explicit permission is required before creating or using a representation of another person. Consent and licensing records support review but do not establish legal compliance by themselves. You can request deletion of avatar training data through support. Applicable privacy and biometric-data rights remain in effect.

5. Content Provenance

Signing-enabled outputs can carry C2PA Content Credentials. Compatible verification tools check signed assertions and their binding to the media; they do not prove the truth of a depicted event. Re-encoding and publishing can remove metadata. Keep the original signed file for verification.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Retention depends on the feature and applicable terms. Expiration of a download link does not confirm deletion of the underlying file. You can request account and data deletion, or confirmation of a deletion's status, through support. Existing deletion commitments and applicable privacy rights remain in effect.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable laws, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict processing, data portability, and object to automated processing. Exercise these rights through your Support page.
